When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. delivery generally takes 2-4 business days after dispatch.

We email tracking information when an order ships. Tracking may take additional time to update after the carrier receives the package.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders unless a different shipping option or charge is clearly shown at checkout before payment.

What is your return policy?

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description.
